Newport v Grimsby Team News

TOWN look to be unchanged for the trip to Newport after two good wins over Accrington and Yeovil. Midfielder Mitch Rose is the most likely returnee after recovering from a hamstring injury. Newport is a former club, so the game has added meaning for Rose

Zak Mills, Sean McAllister and Jamey Osborne all remain injured. Meanwhile, Akwasi Asante and Chris Clements have returned to training but need more time to return to full fitness.

Newport are unbeaten at home. They have a near full squad to pick from, with long-term injury striker Marlon Jackson the only certain to miss the game. Defenders Joss Labadie and Mark O'Brien are available against after recovering from injuries. Ex-Town striker Padraig Amond is likely to start after moving from Hartlepool during the transfer window

Town took four points off Newport last season so will be hoping for an improvement on the 0-0 draw of a year ago.
