Green Light

FORMER Lincoln and Mansfield striker Matt Green has become Michael Jolley's first summer signing. The 32-year-old has most recently been with Salford where he played 21 games in the promotion campaign last season.
Green started his career at Newport and has also played for Cardiff, Torquay, Oxford, Mansfield, Lincoln and Salford as well as a few loan spells.
Grimsby struggled for goals last season and hopefully Green will chip in with his fair share next season.
