Crawley Match Called Off

By: Rob Sedgwick
Date: 23/01/2023

GRIMSBY'S match at Crawley Town has been postponed due to a frozen pitch, the second consecutive game to fall foul of the recent cold snap. The match was called off early which at least minimises disruption to fans and club employees alike, unlike Saturday's late postponement at Blundell Park.

It means the Mariners will face Luton next in the Round 4 FA Cup clash at Kenilworth Road. Star player John McAtee, on loan from Luton, is ineligible to play in the tie.
