Defender and Midfielder Sign

GRIMSBY have made two new additions to their squad. Experienced midfielder Jamie Walker and defender Reece Staunton have both signed two-year deals.
Bradford-born Staunton, aged 23, has played for both Bradford clubs, but has spent the last two years at National League Spennymoor Town, where he was voted player of the season in May.
Scottish Walker, aged 32, also has a Bradford connection, where he spent the last 3 years. He has had two spells in the SPL with Hearts, where he began his career as a youth player. The Edinburgh-born midfielder has also won Scottish caps as a youth player and has made 2 appearances for Scotland U-21. He was Hearts' player of the year in 2016-2017.
