Andy Love A young, hairless keeper of the late 90's who I seem to remember started his Town career in the relegation season playing just a few games between the posts. After filling the boots of the atrocious Jason Pearcey for those couple of games, the next season he was pushed to 3rd choice keeper following the arrival of Aidan Davison.

Not the best keeper ever to set foot into Grimsby, but by no means the worst. Love never made many mistakes but never really challenged any of the keepers in front of him in the pecking order. The only thing he did do wrong was have the odd run in with the police, but we won't go into that! He now plys his trade at Ilkeston Town where he was transferred with Matt McKenzie in 2000.

Next Player: Ben Chapman
