Ian Hamilton1999/006 (0)1 goal

Ian Hamilton Yet another of Alan Buckley's ex-WBA chums who joined us in the 1999/2000 season for a few games. What can I say about this guy? I've said it all before, he was your typical first division Buckley player. Average, very average with the ability to pass but do little else.

Hamilton played down the centre (or out of position) on the right. Really, it was not like signing someone new at all because he was like the rest of Buckley's signings: boring and wooden. This signing did not exactly grip the knickers of the Town fans who labelled him as being "Same old tripe".

This might have been true, but to be fair he was not a bad player it was just that he was nothing new. Hamilton is now at Notts County and it has been rumoured in the Lincoln press that he may join Buckley at Sincil Bank.

Next Player: Graham Rodger
