Pringle Court Case Nears!

SWEDEN's TV4 claim that Martin Pringle's club Charlton are now considering taking Stockport's Dave Challinor to court.

Challinor broke Pringle's leg in two places with a tackle on February 26 when he was on loan with Grimsby Town.

"A case has started to be built now" says Pringle who will go for a compensation worth millions of Swedish kronor.

Although Pringle has been dogged with injuries over the last two seasons he wants to come back.

"I will give all my effort on coming back. But after all, this is about a broken leg. It can take from six months to a year."

His contract ends this summer, and it's he feels it is not likely that Charlton will extend the contract.

"I hope to get back to top football and get a new contract with Charlton. The doctors says that the leg will heal without complications. Charlton is building a case against Stockport. It seems like they will go to court in a short while."

But Pringle will not go to court against Challinor.

"No, it's not the way it works. I'm not looking to ruin him. Though I can get in a case against Stockport. Me and my agent are looking at that now. If that goes though it can result in money. But what amount I cannot say now."

Pringle said he was very sad not to have received an apology from Challinor or Stockport.
