Question of the Week

Is football a business or a sport?

Harry's Chin Wag

YET again Grimsby Town lost yesterday, and from what I was hearing on the radio about the game we had most of the possession but got nothing out of it.

With the squad we've got at the moment are we going to ever move from the bottom three, because if we're there at Xmas to be quite honest it's going to be even more of a struggle to get out of the relegation zone.

Watford, like Town, are in financial trouble but still have a decent squad on paper, as their league position shows. When Paul Raven went off yesterday with a mystery injury (at the time), I think we found Paul Groves' successor in the shape of Georges Santos.

I know he's played there for both of his former clubs and by all accounts played well. All we need is a settled side but with the way thing are going I've got more chance of seeing Buckley back here than that happening, so I wonder how our season is going to pan out?

One last word about the Danny Coyne saga. I'd like to know the truth about the matter as when our chairman was asked about it, as usual he didn't answer the question, so I wonder when the truth will come out and we can sort this mess out.

Now with the game with Rotherham coming up on Saturday, and the comings and goings happening there this weekend I wonder if we could do a Ipswich and get a result again at home because we definitely need it at the moment.
