Two Not So New Faces!

IT was interesting to see that former Town player Ben Chapman was in the squad that met Scarborough. There was some concern expressed by the fans when he left Blundell Park.
His appearance does not necessarily mean that he will be in the final group that becomes the new squad but it was good to see his name on the sheet.
Another Grimsby ex, Steve Croudson is also reported to be training at Blundell Park. This news might bring some relief to some who have already questioned the ability of Mr Williams.
Maybe there is a place for them. Previously Russell Slade said the budget did not run to another keeper, but things do change. Be interesting to see just what happens with these two.
How do you rate them? Do you think they can be of value? Your views on the message board please.
