Wear Your Shirt At Work!

By: Rob Sedgwick
Date: 04/04/2006

GRIMSBY Town Football Club and St Andrew's Hospice are getting together to raise money for the Hospice. The two organisations are looking for fans to "Wear your Grimsby Town shirt at work!" and raise money through sponsorship in a great fun day!

This year's "shirt" day is on the day of the Cheltenham evening kick-off home game on Friday April 21st. As in previous years the area will be all black and white as the Town faithful demonstrate their well-known generosity to a marvellous charity.

All you have to do to participate is wear your shirt at work, school or college and get sponsored by family, colleagues and friends. Last year's Wear Your Shirt At Work Day raised around £4,000 for the hospice.

Fans, and all those wishing to support this venture, can get a sponsorship form from Mike Gresham (01472 350908).
