THE defender Paul Groves has been looking at to fill the gap due to injuries has now signed a month long loan deal with the Mariners

Jason Gavin an Irish under 21 international from Middlesbrough signed the dotted line today and will be included in the game against Gillingham says Mariners Net.

Recently in an interview he said "It's difficult because there are World Cup centre halves here but I am doing my best to work my way into the team.

Obviously a player of quality and Groves has done well to get him for a month's loan. With his signing plus Oster and Kabba in the team we may witness an increase in ticket sales at Blundell Park.
