Same old same old.

Comfortably the better team and winning comfortably - cue a defensive sub and a late equalaliser.

Chester MKII.

So frustrating hurst hasn't learned from his mistakes. The positives were the back 4, amond and monkhouse. The negative is that kiddy away should be 3 points for a team who has ambitions to win the league. They are terrible.

Have to admit that i thought taking off Amond was a strange one for me.

2 points spunked away, 135 left to play for. Big test on Tuesday night - get over the ridiculous home opener issue and we're away.

Gutted. Noticed that Eastleigh started with a 4-0 thumping of Southport away. But lets take 3 points on Tuesday and move on...

If Hurst felt he absolutely needed to take a striker off it should have been Bogle who was completely knackered with fifteen minutes to go. Amond on the other hand was still chasing down our midfield's punts over the top and kept them under pressure. I'm not sure Mackreth even did anything in his time on the pitch.
