Question of the Week

Is football a business or a sport?

Sheffield Utd Team News

DAVID BEHARALL is due to play his last match for Grimsby Town on Saturday afternoon as the Mariners come back down to earth after their mid-week cup heroics against Liverpool at Anfield. It's easy to forget that before Tuesday night Town had obtained just 2 points from a possible 21.

The Newcastle loan star gained a last minute reprieve from his club to take part in Tuesday night's match, and Lennie Lawrence has hinted that he is still looking to extend his loan until the end of the season, which would free up a slot for another short-term loan player.

For the trip to Bramall Lane Jonathan Rowan is suffering from a stomach strain which could rule him out, Marlon Broomes is rated doubtful after taking a knock in the Liverpool game, Menno Willems is available again for selection after training all week following a hamstring injury, and Wayne Burnett is still ruled out with a groin strain.

Stacy Coldicott is also expected to play some part in the game after coming through Wednesday's reserve match against Darlington.

Grimsby Town (from): Coyne, Chapman, Gallimore, Beharall, Broomes, Groves, Butterfield, Pouton, Campbell, Rowan, Jevons, Allen, Boulding, Ford, Coldicott, Croudson, Thompson, Bolder, Willems.

Town are set for a cash windfall of as much as £150,000 after beating Liverpool at Anfield on Tuesday and are due another big pay day when the fourth-round draw is made this Saturday. In our current Question of the Week Manchester Utd are the favoured choice of Grimsby fans in the next round.
