Darren Barnard will probably not make Saturday's game at Rushden & Diamonds after suffering a badly-bruised foot in the draw with Barnsley.
The Grimsby Telegraph reports that he had his left foot x-rayed on Sunday and was given the all-clear but missed training yesterday and today.
"They don't think it's broken, just very badly bruised, which is obviously a bonus," said Paul Groves. "We'll have to see how bad it is. He hasn't trained so far.
Mariners Net says:
Tickets for the Rushden's game are available on the day, with a kid paying just a quid with a paying adult (£14). Subject to conditions.
Rushden will be opening the AirWair Turnstiles from 12:30pm allowing Town supporters to access the concourse facilities an hour before the stadium is opened. The AirWair Concourse contains a snack bar, licenced bar, televisions, toilets (including disabled toilets) and programme booths.
So, if you arrive a little early and would like to take advantage of the excellent facilities within the AirWair Concourse, then this is for you.
You may also be interested in visiting the Doc Shop which offers authentic Dr Martens footwear at only £20/pair (2 pairs for £35) adults, and £12/pair (2 pairs for £19) kids.
