I wonder if you and your readers may be able to help me with some research I am undertaking for a book? It will feature the worst footballers ever to play for each of the 92 Football/Premier league clubs, hopefully with a humorous slant on each one.
We are not looking merely to pillory the player in question! The player in question may not be the worst based purely on footballing ability, but for another, entirely different reason.
Any nominations and reasons can be mailed to me at the_real_david_todd@yahoo.co.uk. The fans are without doubt the best qualified people to decide on who is included in the book for their particular club, and any help you could supply in this matter would be most appreciated.
This site is by the fans, for the fans, and we will consider articles on any subject relating to the Mariners whether it be related to current news, a nostalgic look back in the past, a story about a player, a game or games in the past, something about Blundell Park or football in general.
