Question of the Week

Is football a business or a sport?

Hockless Signs

The news today that Graham Hockless has committed himself for another year at Blundell Park is good news for both the club and the fans.

Although he never had a lot of opportunities last season, whenever he did appear he did so with very good reports on his performances and supporters were wondering why he was not given more chances.

With a new manager in Russell Slade and a very depleted squad so far, the indications are that he will be seen more often in the first team.

If he can demonstrate his skills and make the grade, Slade will be happy that he has signed him up.
