Blackburn Ticket Rush

WHEN Town meet Blackburn Rovers on Tuesday night, the club, who are forecasting up to 4,000 attendees, will be looking to another good pay day after the Leeds game. The pre-season friendlies have been a welcome addition to club funds.

Steve Wraith said: "There could be more than 4,000 - there has been a lot of interest."

Unless Town get a good cup run , this might be the only chance to see a premier league team in action against the Mariners. With the 'kids go free' offer we could possibly see more than 4,000 turning up.

The club also points out that kids can only get in free if tickets are obtained beforehand - juniors cannot get in free at the turnstiles without a ticket. They also need to be accompanied by a responsible, full-paying adult.

The Fishy is also looking for a reporter for the game. Please let us know if you can do one for us.
