Watkiss Extends Contract

TOWN'S assistant manager Stuart Watkiss is to extend his contract by a further 12 months when he returns to Blundell Park next week.
Manager Alan Buckley said; "Stuart was basically unknown to me, other than him being manager of Mansfield when I was at Lincoln."
"When I came back to the club in November he was assistant manager, Graham had appointed him.
"I had a chat with Stu and decided to see how things went."
"He's been a joy to work with, he understands the game, he knows what to expect from me. I've found his assistance invaluable so I'm delighted that he's staying for another year.
