MARINERS' target Michael Boulding has left Mansfield and is training with one of his former club Rotherham. In the meantime several League One and League Two clubs are in the hunt for the former Tennis pro's signature, including former club Grimsby Town.

Although Town boss Alan Buckley has gone on record as saying the Boulding deal is not dead, with the amount of competition Town are facing, Boulding's signature would be a massive coup - and probably a very expensive one.

The latest name thrown in the hat as the identity of Town's final summer signing, the mystery marksmen who Alan Buckley needs to complete his squad jigsaw, is former Hull City striker Delroy Facey.

The Grimsby Telegraph have named the 28-year-old as a target of Alan Buckley. Much travelled Facey, now at Gillingham. has spent most of his career in the North of England, rarely staying more than one season at any one club. The six footer played against the Mariners whilst on loan at Wycombe last season, so is known to Town boss Alan Buckley.
