Fishy Verdict:Signed from Boston in the summer of 2007 straight after their relegation. Although a midfielder it was initially believed Clarke was also capable of playing as a left or right back, hence he was given the No. 2 shirt. Unfortunately it became clear during pre-season that Clarke was a better midfielder the full back. Since then he's played at various positions but never had a very long spell in the first team.
