Big Match to be Screened Live?

By: Rob Sedgwick
Date: 06/05/2010

THE big match at Burton could be screened to "TVs around Blundell Park" via a live satellite feed, enabling fans who have missed out on a ticket at the Pirelli stadium to at least watch the action live.

The club have spoken to a company who specialise in providing live coverage of sporting events, and will announce more details soon.

Meanwhile fans with a voucher have until 5pm today to collect their ticket to Burton, and any remaining tickets will go on sale on Friday to season ticket holders and Barnet stub holders.

Town's relegation rivals Barnet have still not sold out their Underhill ground for their clash with Rochdale, even though Arsenal and Tottenham are not playing that day.

Grimsby must beat Burton and hope that Barnet fail to beat Dale to ensure they have a realistic chance of staying in the Football League.

Postscript The match which be shown in McMenemys, the BT Lounge and the Lower Findus bar. Tickets cost £5.
