Winger Siriki Dembele Signs

TOWN have signed 20-year-old winger Siriki Dembele from the Nike Academy in a one-year-deal. The Nike Academy is an organisation which attemps to turn talented players into professionals and Grimsby will be Dembele's first contract.
Dembele played on trial for Town at the end of last season, notably a full 90 minutes in a behind closed doors fixture against Barnsley which the Mariners won 3-2. Dembele is British and his younger brother Karamoko Dembele plays for Celtic at U-17 level.
Town lacked wide players for much of last season, so Dembele's addition to the squad is both needed and welcome.
