It's a Park Life

Park life was no blur for Grimsby Town fan Tom Bollan when he recreated the home of his favourite team. The A-level student made sure no detail was left out of his stunning Blundell Park model as he worked on his design and technology course. He chose the Cleethorpes home of the Mariners as one of three projects that he hopes will allow him to continue his education with a degree course in product design. Well-known in Grimsby and Cleethorpes, Tom had some funny looks and jibes from students on the north bank, but the regular contributor to the Mariners' fans' website The Fishy has taken it all in his stride.

Tom's model can be seen in the News Archive here

Jimmy Quinn (Swindon manager) on last season's game

Jimmy Quinn commented about Saturday's match: "No disrespect to Grimsby, but they were there for the beating and we have failed to raise our game."
