The Story So Far

TownBurnley

After a much improved performance against Milwall last week, confidence must be high at Blundell Park - just the defending needs sorting out. Overall though a draw against an in-form Milwall is not a bad result but on the day a win should have been the outcome. Town must now look not to lose at Turf Moor against a very unpredictable, yet highly dangerous team.

Last season should have been one of consolidation following promotion but in the end Burnley almost made the play-offs. This year they've been at the top all year round and now must be considered as promotion contenders with quality in the ranks from the likes of Glen Little and Alan Moore.
