Is football a business or a sport?

Sing When We're Sinking!

WELL, this is hardly what one could describe as a flying start is it? It has always worried me in the past when Town have got off to a scorcher only to drop like an anchor in the North Sea to the depths of the division.

This year we have already reached rock bottom with very little chance of saving ourselves. I admire the positive vibes coming from many quarters but I think that anyone with half a brain will realise that the end is nigh.

Town just haven't got the necessary weaponary...

Town just haven't got the necessary weaponary to do any decent sides any damage. You could always count on them beating the likes of Walsall and Barnsley but even that now seems impossible. On the subject of what to do, who cares?

Those who live it up in Meggies deserve to be sacked...

Sven Goran Eriksson couldn't save a team with players who don't look committed. As for certain individuals who live it up in Meggies on the supporters' hard-earned cash, they deserve to be sacked.

The difference in professionalism between a player such as Groves and A.N.Other is astounding. The reason the younger players are coming through is because the lazy gits who, let's face it, don't give 100%, find themselves threatened.

I personally have no time for journeymen who should have hung up their boots a long time ago. As for this kick about at King George, I would love it if Town sent a side to play a supporters select. My money would be on us - cos we want it more. Hats off to all you die hard fans - I shall be keeping an eye on Town's results but nothing more. Ta-ra.
