Hull And Derby Linked with Boulding!

DERBY County and Hull City have joined the race to sign Grimsby Town striker Mick Boulding, according to the Grimsby Telegraph today.

Barnsley boss Guydjon Thordarson is keen to sign Boulding within the next 24 hours in time to play Boulding in tomorrow's clash with Blackpool.

The Telegraph reported that Hull are understood to be on the verge of making a bid, but Town chairman Peter Furneaux said there had been no movement over the weekend. "He's said he doesn't want to go and we certainly don't want him to leave. That's how it stands. Nothing has changed over the weekend and he's training as normal."

As Boulding's contract stipulates that he can leave Blundell Park if a bid of more than £45,000 is received if any of these links are serious, one would expect him to be on his way out of Blundell Park before the weekend.
