We regularly need new Cod Heads, so would appreciate contributions from lifelong supporters of the Mariners. This week's Cod Head is Robbo.

Fishy:
Tell us a bit about yourself.

Michael:
My name is Michael, 22 years old, live in scartho and I sit mainly in the Lower Carlsberg stand.

Fishy:
When did you first start supporting the Mariners, and what was your first game?

Michael:
Starting supporting the Mariners in the 1993/1994 season. My 1st game was against Charlton but I can't remember the result.

Fishy:
Who is the best player you ever saw wearing a Grimsby Town shirt?

Michael:
Super Clive Mendonca. Great player even after that career threatening injury.

Fishy:
If there is one game you were allowed to go back in time and watch what would it be and why?

Michael:
The 6-5 against Burnley. Never seen a high scoring game like that in my life and probably never will again. Also the 6-2 against Crystal Palace was also another game I would love to go back in time again.

Fishy:
What are your favourite and least favourite away grounds?

Michael:
Favourite would be Millennium Stadium, fantastic stadium for only a fraction of what Wembley has cost, least favourite would be Moss Road. Enough said. lol

Fishy:
What, in your opinion, are GTFC's best and worst seasons since you have been supporting them?

Michael:
Best season of course is the 1997/1998 season. Promotion and 2 trips to Wembley. Can't get any sweeter. Worst season was the season we got relegated into league 2. Some much hope start of that season but got thrashing after thrashing we got relegated. Such an horrible season.

Fishy:
What is the most eventful day you have ever had in the course of following the Mariners?

Michael:
The day of the Autowindscreen Shield final. Manic day.

Fishy:
What is the strangest thing you have ever done at a game?

Michael:
Hug complete strangers when we scored against Fulham in the play off semi finals in 1998

Fishy:
What is the worst game you've ever been to?

Michael:
Plenty to choose from but I think the 5-0 defeat against Lincoln last season. Only time I have ever left a match early.

Fishy:
What's the most amusing chant you've heard at a game?

Michael:
Always laugh when opposing fans sing "sing when your fishing" without them realising that we sing it ourselves.

Fishy:
Who is the greatest ever GTFC manager?

Michael:
Alan Buckley. Legend!

Fishy:
How many games a season do you get to now, and what do you do while Town are playing games that you can't get to?

Michael:
Haven't been to many games this season but should be going to more now I am back in work

Fishy:
Name your all-time starting eleven since you have been watching Town?

Michael:

Coyne
