Question of the Week

Where will Grimsby be next season?

Renewed Fostervold Hope

According to reports in the Norweigian press, Olav Boksasp, Chief of Sport in Molde, has done a U-turn on his decision not to grant a three month loan deal to the Mariners of Knut Anders Fostervold.

Molde having spoken again to Grimsby on Friday night are now reported to be willing to grant a three month deal first with an option to buy the player after the loan period is over. The Norwegian club are said to be sympathetic to the lack of money available at present to Lennie Lawrence. Now it seems like a solution will be found! Fostervold wants to go to Grimsby (as I have personally confirmed) and the club's latest injury problems have made the Mariners put some extra effort in getting the 29 year old defender.
