Black Car Accident

By: Bill Osborne
Date: 22/11/2000

Town winger Kingsley Black was involved in a car accident yesterday whilst travelling in the Grimsby area with his family. A source stated that Kingsley and his wife and two children were taken to hospital but were detained for only a short time.

The latest news is that Kingsley is uninjured. His wife injured a foot and his son has a black eye. Described as a "narrow escape" our understanding is that this was a serious accident which included another car which was badly damaged. Kingsley has only recently completed a short loan with Lincoln City and was looking forward to getting back into action with the Mariners after a long lay off with injuries. The TEF and GTISC wish Kingsley and his family well.
