No Stone Unturned

Lennie Lawrence took seven months to record his first permanent signing (Dutch midfielder Menno Willems). The former Luton boss cannot however be accused of not trying enough players - no stone has been left unturned as Lawrence has literally scoured five continents for potential recruits!

Besides Dutchman Menno Willems, a total of 28 players are recorded somewhere in The Fishy's News Archive as having been on loan, on trial, or invited to a trial since Lennie Lawrence was appointed as Grimsby manager in August last year. The complete list of Lennie's Targets is as follows:-
