Town Trio Gunned Down

TOWN face the prospect of missing three key players on Tuesday night against Arsenal after a trio of injuries picked up during Friday's clash with Burnley. Boulding, Pouton and Rowan are all rated doubtful for the cup clash, meaning Lennie Lawrence will be forced to shuffle his pack once more.

In addition to Tony Gallimore, who was already ruled out of the cup encounter through suspension after having picked up five yellow cards in previous matches, Boulding (hip), Rowan (back) and Pouton (heel) are all receiving physio treatment for their injuries.

The news comes as a major blow to Lennie Lawrence, who although treating the Arsenal game as a "day out" in the capital, would dearly like to field his strongest possible team in the hope of causing a cup upset. Grimsby did just that in the previous round, knocking out holders Liverpool at Anfield in one of the greatest results in the club's entire history.
