Application For Shares - Details

GRIMSBY Town have been given authority to issue more shares after last weeks extraordinary general meeting. The club will now sell the remaining 363,000 unissued shares in a bid to raise vitally needed cash.
Shares are to be allotted in multiples of £100 with a minimum investment of £100.
The Club would be pleased to consider requests in writing stating the name and address of the proposed shareholder. Payment by Cheque (payable to Grimsby Town Football Club plc) should be made at the time of writing.
Formal allotment of shares will be carried out by the Directors on a monthly basis with Share Certificates being dispatched thereafter.
Requests can be by email, but the person applying for the shares will still need to send a cheque before any consideration is given on the allotment of shares. Please state name, address and monetary amount for shares.
