GRIMSBY are looking to bring in two loan players when the window for temporary signings open agains on Friday. The main target is a striker, to cover for Reddy and Cohen whilst the pair are out injured.

Town Chairman Fenty, who gave manager Graham Rodger the dreaded vote for confidence this week, said: "We are working on bringing a striker into the club and we can do so seven days after the transfer window closed.

"There's names in the frame and a player that we are looking at. We arguably need two pros and hopefully we can do something before the weekend."
