Beat the Bookies: Week 12

By: Rob Sedgwick
Date: 28/10/2011

SUNDERLAND's win at Bolton last weekend ensured a small profit for Beat the Bookies, and means the overall tally for the season is still positive.

Premier League Tip

Chelsea v Arsenal - away win (6.0, Ladbrokes). Arsenal have been slowly and quietly improving in recent weeks. Chelsea pressed the self-destruct button last weekend and will have players missing. They haven't been playing at 100% recently either. 5/1 is a decent price for an upset!

Championship Tip

Doncaster v Coventry - away win (3.25, Victor Chandler). Donny have been really struggling of late. Coventry are down there at the bottom but they haven't lost many. I'd make Coventry slight favourites but the bookies seem to favour the home side.
