Two Points Dropped

By: Rob Sedgwick
Date: 03/01/2016

GRIMSBY were left frustrated by Guiseley after the visitors went away with a point in a game which Town dominated. Indeed it could have been worst as Oliver Norburn gave the visitors a shock first half lead with their first chance on goal.

The Mariners fought back and Padraig Amond levelled the match in the second half. The Mariners failed to score a second despite lots of possession and in the end had to settle for two points dropped, which it undoubtedly was despite going a goal down.
