Fishy:
When did you first start supporting the Mariners, and what was your first game?

Evo:
I was 11 or 12 when I first remember going to watch town. Be about 1977. It was a night match and I think it was Sheff Utd, not too sure but I do remember going on the pitch at the end of the game. The crowd was mad, nothing like nowadays though.

Fishy:
Who is the best player you ever saw wearing a Grimsby Town shirt?

Evo:
Ivano easy. He made the crowd go wild (almost) every time he got the ball. He is by far the most skillful player Town have had for years. And he swelled the crowd.

Fishy:
If there is one game you were allowed to go back in time and watch what would it be and why?

Evo:
Exeter in the last game of the season when Cockers scored twice. Because it was the last time I saw a really good crowd for a league game.

Fishy:
What are your favourite and least favourite away grounds?

Evo:
My favourite is Stoke's old ground, because when I got arrested, I met my wife (Karen Cam) in the cells later. My least favourite has to be York's.freezing cold, crap game shite facilities. Ruined my boxing day it did.

Fishy:
What, in your opinion, are GTFC's best and worst seasons since you have been supporting them?

Evo:
Best has to be Wembley season. Had a fantastic time in the smoke with Nicko and Chez.The hotel was crap and when we came home Fat Lad had pissed all over my bed. Worst was the relegation after that twat Laws had gone to Scunny.

Fishy:
What is the most eventful day you have ever had in the course of following the Mariners?

Evo:
Don't know about day, but favourite moment was when Ivano scored that goal against WBA when he (AB) came here for the 1st time after doing the dirty on us.The look on his face was great.

Fishy:
Who is the greatest ever GTFC manager?

Evo:
Sad to say,but I have only ever really known AB.So it would have to be him.

Fishy:
How many games a season do you get to now, and what do you do while Town are playing games that you can't get to?

Evo:
Because of the shifts I work I get to about half the home games and 2 or 3 away games a season.If I cant get to the game I go in the chatroom on the Fishy,or I walk round the house kicking the dog.

Fishy:
Name your all-time starting eleven since you have been watching Town?

Evo:
Beasant,Croft,Macca,Futcher,Handyside,Ivano,Cockers,Cunnington,Gilbert,Mendonca,Drinkell.

Fishy:
Do your children support the Mariners?

Evo:
I have one daughter who is Town mad, expecting one more in October, the black and white bib is on standby.
