GRIMSBY Town Football Club have issued a further statement about the reports and rumours relating to the transfer of Michael Reddy to Luton Town.
Town Statement: We would like to re-iterate that the club have not received any offers for Michael Reddy and the Irish striker is going nowhere.
There has been more rumours linking the former Sunderland man with a move away from Town with Luton Town the latest club reported to be showing an interest.
Hoaxers have also gone to the trouble of replicating the Official Luton Town website. The Hatters proper website can me found at http://www.lutontown.co.uk
Town chairman John Fenty has confirmed that Reddy will be staying with the Mariners for the foreseeable future."Michael is a Grimsby Town player and we have an option in his contract for next season too. We have not had any offers for Michael. If we are serious about trying to get promoted we need to hang onto our players."
This site is by the fans, for the fans, and we will consider articles on any subject relating to the Mariners whether it be related to current news, a nostalgic look back in the past, a story about a player, a game or games in the past, something about Blundell Park or football in general.
