Gateshead v Grimsby Team News

GRIMSBY look to get back to winning ways after a pair of defeats to two of the early season pacesetters - Tamworth and Fleetwood. They will be boosted by the return of central defender back Darran Kempson, was suspended for Saturday's game with Fleetwood.

Woods made two changes at half time in the Fleetwood game, and is likely to shuffle his pack yet again, in search of a winning formula. Captain Lee Peacock (back) could well start, but on-loan goalkeeper Richard O'Donnell looks likely to retain his place after a pre-match injury to Arthur on Saturday.

Gateshead could be without midfielder Kris Gate and forward Jon Shaw (both calf). The North East club have not had a great start to the season, but have won their last two home games. Grimsby would undoubtedly be their biggest scalp of the season if they made it a hat trick of wins in front of their own supporters.
