Scott Banned Again

By: Rob Sedgwick
Date: 14/02/2012

ROB Scott has been given a further one match ban after once again being found guilty of a "misconduct" charge by the FA. Scott was found guilty of criticising a recent referee at Blundell Park and making references to her gender. Scott was also fined £750 by the FA disciplinary panel.

Scott has already sat out one match of his current two game ban, and now will also have to take his seat in the stand for the next two Town games against Southport and whoever Grimsby play in the FA Trophy the following weekend (either York or Ebbsfleet at home).

  • Town's league match at Hayes & Yeading (who this season play at Woking's ground in Surrey) has now been rearranged for Tuesday 20th March. The match has been rescheduled because of the FA Trophy. Town have yet to allocate a new date for the clash with York.
