Grimsby v Wrexham Team News

NEW signing Jordan Stewart goes straight into the matchday squad for the big match with Wrexham, currently the division's form team after a run of successive victories (five wins and a draw in the last six games).

The Mariners though have three first-teamers ruled out. Jon-Paul Pittman picked up a shoulder injury in the Bognor game, and wingers Marcus Marshall and Andy Monkhouse are both ruled out through injury.

Wrexham, who include ex-Mariners Jamal Fyfield and Connor Jennings in their squad, have no injuries to key players.

The match marks the start of an intense period of games for Grimsby culminating in the last week of the season when Town play Tranmere. The title remains a distant prospect but Town need to pick up a lot more points to secure a play-off race, and with many of their matches being with the top sides, there aren't many easy games left.
