Did he hit the steward with a inflatable shark -----   yes

Did he do it on purpose   -----------  no / yes ?  unable to prove

Did the police officer 20 yards away hear him speak above a crowd of shouting cheering fans_____ no,but she said yes

Did the steward have an out of body experience  ------- can not be proven

It does not matter anyway , he is a football fan so he must be guilty,

British justice at its best.

He should appeal and take 500 fans to court with him to say he never spoke only to say sorry.
