I thought that it was routine (and frequent) away for Town against the league champions.  Where is the tension and agrression in that?  

I hope that he can sell his story and any background details for a few £K.  Wasn't his daughter there with him?  This implies a mature family dad, not some young hoolie, who is a loyal fan.  

How about a family photo in Town colours for the national press?

All stick together Les they can't arrest 1000 of us for having offensive weapons inflatable fish my harry will be going all round the grounds this season. Gonna be a interesting season me thinks.

I think that a large "inflatable shark" gives the wrong image and connotation to a Court. A shark does have a very aggressive and killer reputation. The magistrate may have been chased by one whilst on holiday.

We need something more placcid.  My daughters have grown up but I do remember "Pretty Kitty" toys.  

Imagine in court:  "The accused allegedly assaulted the steward with a very delicate, ladylike small "Pretty Kitty inflatable cat".

Case dismissed!  

Maybe a haddock is fine.  It does not generally swim around biting people's legs off.
